The Memphis Office of Youth Services partnered with International Boxing Academy and Restoration House Boxing Academy to offer virtual boxing lessons to youth between the ages of 8-22. The lessons included boxing techniques, conditioning, nutrition education, boxing etiquette, rules of boxing and life skills.
